Vera Bradley Knockoffs: Why Even Bother?

There have been a lot of Vera Bradley knockoffs floating around lately.  Even the big box stores are selling these horrendous bags.  Oops, did I say horrendous.... I meant hideous!

Ok, so maybe some of you have a fake Vera Bradley handbag and you love it.  I am happy for you.. Really.  But why bother getting a fake when you can get the real thing for cheap from sites like this one.  And then you know you are getting a bag that is built of the finest quality, it will not fade in two months from 1 washing, and your bag won't stand out like a sore thumb for being a fraud.

Hmm, perhaps I am a bit too hostile on the issue, but for those of us who love Vera Bradley there is just no substitute.  If you want to look like you have a Vera Bradley purse, get a Vera Bradley purse.  The fakes are pretty easy to spot after all.  I am not even going to teach you how to spot the fakes.  Just get to know the real patterns and you will be able to spot a phony bag from a mile away.

I have noticed that even anchor stores in the mall are carrying these bags.  They do not call them VB or anything, but it is obvious that they are trying to look like the Fort Wayne Indiana company's bags.  They try, but they indeed fail.
